About

A consulting practice
built on harnessing tech
to advance human potential.

Bio

For nearly two decades I've been the person organizations call when learning has to do real work — when leadership questions how to use AI safely and wisely, when team conflict is impeding progress, when a university culture needs to shift, when a 12-week onboarding program has to compress into eight, when an enterprise CRM rollout can't afford to fail, when a massive global training portfolio needs to be reviewed and updated.

I trained at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and built a consulting practice that sits at the intersection of values-based cultural transformation, instructional design, project leadership, and — increasingly — AI-conscious leadership and learning, driving organizational advancement. I've designed leadership retreats grounded in psychometrics, re-architected portfolios of a thousand courses, stood up online academies from scratch, and produced accessible eLearning for state government, hospitals, banks, schools, and global brands.

What carries through every engagement is the same conviction: If we over-rely on tech, we degrade our leadership capacity. When we learn to leverage it, we advance it.

Method

How I work.

  • Diagnose first. Performance analysis, values assessment, stakeholder interviews — before a single module is built.
  • Design for the learner. Engaging process diagrams, case-study activities, simulations, and facilitator guides that actually get used.
  • Implement and measure. Pilot, iterate, evaluate. Learning and leadership programs should produce numbers you can point to a year later.
